Proposal of Support Plans
Based on the content of the interview, we will customize and propose the most suitable support method from HR recruitment placement and RPO services. We will provide you with an estimate and schedule.

Contract/project start
If you are satisfied with our proposal, we will conclude a confidentiality agreement and various outsourcing agreements, and promptly kick off the project.

Candidate Outreach and Execution
Based on the requirements definition, we will begin activities such as sending scout messages to target groups and candidate recommendation. We hold regular meetings to report progress and improve measures (PDCA).
